Order Processing Time Since all our leather goods are handcrafted with care in our artisan workshop, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare, quality-check, and package your order. Personalized items (with custom names/initials) may take an additional 1-2 business days to process due to the customization involved.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Estimates We partner with premium global carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For USA Customers: Great news! Orders under $800 are typically duty-free and exempt from customs taxes.

For International Customers (Non-US): Almond Leather is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages and Lost Packages Almond Leather is committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@almondleather.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the carrier investigation.
